This Privacy Policy describes how Robert Bazzle Photography LLC ("Robert Bazzle Photography," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.robertbazzle.photos (the "Site"). When you book a session or make a purchase through the Site, we collect information you provide to us directly, including: Name; Billing and shipping address; Payment information (processed securely via providers such as Shopify and/or PayPal); Email address; and Phone number. We refer to this as "Order Information."

1.3 Photography Metadata

If you view, download, or receive access to online galleries, the image files may contain metadata (Exif data), such as the date and time the photo was taken and the camera settings. We do not use this metadata to track you as a person; it is primarily used for technical and quality purposes.

1.4 Combined Personal Information

When we use the term "Personal Information" in this Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information, and any other information that can reasonably identify you as an individual.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

  • Fulfilling orders and bookings, including processing payments, arranging delivery of products, and sending invoices or order confirmations
  • Communicating with you about your sessions, orders, or inquiries
  • Screening orders and activities for potential risk or fraud (for example, by checking IP addresses)
